Nearly impossible to open. I've bought coin batteries many times, and I've never seen anything like it.

Package, the batteries are easier to remove now that the plastic isn’t so rigid .
The batteries last quite a while, and are shipped quickly, still need scissors to cut the batteries out, but it’s not quite a chore.

These are very good batteries except very hard to open. Yes child proof but also senior citizen proof. Plan on a challenge when opening. Will not buy again, sorry.
