why can't i get a replacement blade?

Excellent tool, excellent design, great price not worth replacing only a blade when the tool is under $8

What is the differenct between this and a pvc pipe cutter? Looks that same.

I have a pvc cutter that will cut pex, but the straight blade flattens the flexible line, requiring it to be rounded out after cutting...the ratchet mechanism on the pvc cutter also is not effective on the flexible line. The pex cutter has a pointed blade and spring action that makes for an easier cut on pex. Borrowed one from a friend, like it and have mine ordered. It is the right tool for the job, makes it a lot easier, especially in tight work spaces.

can this be used on 1/2 poly tubing?

It cuts 1/2” PEX like butter so should have no problem cutting poly .

Calidad profesional, cortes perfectos con una herramienta sencilla

Sencilla pero excelente herramienta. Corta el tubo multicapa pert-al-pert como si fuera mantequilla. Es poco robusta, se siente ligera en la mano (de buena calidad) y el cierre de seguridad funciona pero tambien es sencillo. Si vas a hacer una instalación tú mismo, no te la juegues con una sierra; esta herramienta te garantiza que no habrá fugas por culpa de un mal corte. Si por el contrario eres profesional, igual no es tu herramienta y tienes que invertir algo mas ¡Muy satisfecho!
