I started using Naked Glutamine 2.2lb Bulk the day it was delivered. This review was written 3 weeks later. I thought that leaky gut was another term for flatulence. That' was the main reason I bought Naked Glutamine and for muscle recovery, (recovery time after workouts) & workout performance, (protects against muscle breakdown and improves protein synthesis). After researching flatulence in one article it stated that, (most adults pass gas between 12 to 25 times a day. While it can be embarrassing, it is generally not harmful). [Keep in mind everyone is different and your results can be different than mine]. With me in 2 days it worked faster than I ever expected. I drank it with about 6 to 8 ounces water in a small mason jar 3 times each day on empty stomach. I shacked the bottle by hand. It dissolved good. Sometimes there was a tiny bit at the bottom of the jar. I just added a little water and drank it. I used 1 scoop per bottle. I didn't get an upset stomach. Since I exercise more than a lot of people my 67 age I drink it after work outs. I drink it the Naked Glutamine first by itself in the small mason jar. After that I drink the grass fed kinda of expensive protein powder. For me the 2 products have have been beneficial for me. I would recommend Naked Glutamine 2.2lb Bulk, ( I don't work for the company who makes it and I'm not on the Amazon service that sends a product for free and leave a review. Perhaps my fast results is ...no fast food, no sodas for years, maybe a beer a few times a year, no processed & excessive sugar foods. Now a days there's many great options to avoid processed and excessive sugar foods. But holiday and special event foods are winners every time. Apologies for any typing errors. The product is great. Blends well and no taste. I do have trouble with the lid , which is hard for me to twist and sometimes it gets stuck. I plan on buying other products from this brand.

Great, clean product and seems to work well

If you have gut issues by all means give Naked L-Glutamine a shot. Not a chocolate shake but not bad either. Works quick and lasts.

Good price. Just starting to use it so it's a little early to say whether it's helping me or not but it's nice to buy a quality product in bulk instead of being robbed for 30 capsules at essentially the same price. For that alone I thank you
