Photo Document Frame: 11" x 14" with Double Mat Graduation Diploma Certificate Holder Wall Frame (Black/Gold/Red)

Beautiful frame, just the size and color we wanted.

I am a happy customer after buying two of these frames. They are as advertised, look great, and are of great quality for the price. I would consider the frames a good value and will buy more in the future if the need arises. What impressed me just as much was the customer service. One of the frames was damaged beyond repair during transit, and it was not Excello's fault - the shipping company had crushed the frame and then haphazardly taped the destroyed box back up. Just as their warranty states, I was able to email them with my Amazon order information, images of the destroyed frame, and the representative immediately sent another out in a box with double the protection of the first. It was easy and stress free. It's nice to find a company who stands behind their warranty! I have nothing but positive things to say about them and how quickly they helped fix the situation.

This is exactly the frame I needed for a diploma with red and silver in it! Even though you can't see it in the Amazon product pictures, the frame does have red along the edges. I read the review one person submitted about returning it due to the red in it, so I figured it would be good for my needs. Picture shows close up of red along edges, but it isn't that noticeable when standing away from it as shown in second picture.

You should know that the clear panel is plastic, not glass. Other than that it's a decent frame. Tons of tabs on the back to hold in your document. Mounts were straight and sturdy. It would be very nice if it actually had glass, which i might buy separately.

This frame fits my 11x14 diploma perfectly. It’s very sturdy and not too heavy. The black mat with the gold trim makes it look very professional and elegant. It’s very easy to use and the price is great. Highly recommended.

The quality of the materials is of the highest standard. I actually reframed 4 degrees/certificates and the matching of the frames sets them off. The black/gold is perfect. I am considering purchasing another frame for 1 certificate that is left. Perfect for an office or home study. Highly recommended

At this price point, this frame exceeded my expectations. It arrived undamaged, and my degree looks great in it. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice frame with mat for an 11x14 sized diploma/degree.

Came broken in several places.

I ordered two of these frames and they were excellent. The frames are a great quality and the black matt juxtaposed beautifully with the diplomas I was framing. The gold filigre in the frame was just the right touch of bling, without being over done. The frames look way more expensive than whati paid. Thrilled!

Item is made cheaply.. Arrived broken..

The plastic frame is so brittle. It was accidentally dropped on the ground. Completely broken, unrepairable.
