After having this chair for over 6 months now it's almost completely broken.The lift mechanism doesn't work anymore so the chair is always on the lowest height. This actually failed after less than a month, they sent me another chair for free and that one also failed in just under 2 months.I'm guessing the reason they sent me one for free is because they know eventually all of these break.The screw holes aren't aligned properly so the chair is wonky and does not sit up straight.The seat wobbles from side to side so the entire chair rocks from the slightest movements.The headrest constantly moves and has no locking mechanism at all to keep it in place.The "padding" is non existant, had to use a pillow to sit on.The wheels are cheap plastic and can't roll around on carpet at all when there is any weight on the chair.The base is also cheap plastic which means it weighs considerably less than the rest of the chair and there is a huge weight imbalance. If you lean too much either the chair will tip off the wheels or the base will start to crack and snap.The mesh back on the chair is nice and that part does support well, just unfortunately is mis-aligned due to the manufacturing error on the screw holes.The armrests have also held up well, but that may be because I flip them up most of the time and don't actually use them.Tried to make a couple positive points at the end but it really doesn't outweigh the negatives.I knew I was buying a cheap chair but I did hope it would last at least 1 year.

Good

The good:- Quick and easy to assemble.- Very lightweight design so it rolls along our carpeted floor without dragging the carpet along with it.- Looks great imo.- Foldable arm rests mean I can hug my bf without it digging into my chest.- Head rest is great.- Much softer and more comfortable than it looks.- Even has the ability to lean back if you pull out the height adjustment bar, which I don't think is advertised for some reason.The bad:- Was a bit damp and smelly when it first arrived.- The plasticy design can look a little cheap but it's made up for by how light it makes the chair imo.- The lumbar support is quite hard and uncomfortable, but when it's adjusted right and you're in a good posture, it's actually quite nice. Although a pillow will work if, like me, you can't be bothered sitting up straight.As for how long it will last and how good the customer support is, I can't say since I only bought it recently and haven't had any problems at all.Don't usually make reviews but I really liked this chair. 5/5

I've had the chair for around 3 months and used it almost every day. It has stayed solid and is comfy to sit on. The material is nice and has held up well. There is only a switch to go up and down, with no recline on the back, meaning it stays up straight at all times. The chair feels good to sit in, and the two armrests swivel up as well. It's great to get in and out of it, if it's in a tight space.

I primarily use this chair for gaming and editing purposes.Cons======The chair wasn't too difficult to build, however instructions guide you through an awkward method which includes installing the arms to the seat of the chair first rather than the backrest. Screws are misaligned which causes the process to be even more difficult. Overall took me around 40 minutes to build due to awkward screws.Due to the misaligned screws the chair doesn't feel tightly fitted as I can feel the chair wobble under any slight movement especially when I use the arms. this causes the plastic material to creak making me anxious in case it breaks on me.I don't feel safe leaning back on the chair due to the plastic material, creaking and chair wobble.Screws already coming loose.I'm only 5'9 ( 5,10 on a good day ) and found the headrest to be at a very awkward angle so I have taken it off leaving me with the backrest.Oil already dropping down the gas lift.Pros========The seat isn't the softest, but I have been able to sit comfortably for a number of hours without any pain so I don't really notice it.The mesh back and lumbar support does a good job supporting my back, however I tend to sit slightly forward due to being anxious about the creaks and material breaking whenever I lean slightly backwards.The arms are very comfy and I like being able to push them up completely allowing me to push my chair under my desk.Overall this is a decent budget chair, but has issues with stability and leaves me slightly anxious whenever I would use it.I would refund and return this chair for a better one if I hadn't already thrown away the big box it gets delivered in.

I purchased this chair as part of a revamp of my home office and after using it for a few months I thought now was time for a review.Firstly the chair came with clear instructions was really easy to put together. The chair is sturdy and made from good quality materials. The rise and fall action is nice and smooth, the casters glide well across the carpet and they don’t leave any indents. I’m usually at my desk for around 10 hours a day four days a week and I have found the seat cushion is comfortable and has not lost any of it spring. The lumbar support is great for ensuring good posture and I have found my back, neck and shoulder discomfort at the end of day has been greatly reduced.I would certainly recommend this chair over more cheaper models and it is definitely good value for money for a higher end product.

Alors c'est vrai que c'est du "tout plastique", mais le rendu esthétique est très réussi et le rapport qualité prix est très correct.Point négatif : l'appui tête si vous êtes grand(e). Il ne monte pas assez haut. Dommage.

Schauben und Limbus zu Kurz nicht mal 2 mm in die Schraube so das er Ständig aus der Fassung Rutscht. Produkt sehr verschmutzt und Kratzer für ein neues Produkt sehr Schlacht. Kopfstütze viel zu Kurz bin jetzt auch nicht groß 1,80 m. alles im allen ist es das Geld nicht wert. werde das wohl wieder zurück senden.
