For those of you who are unfamiliar with the OTC medication game, this is the generic of Colace. It does the exact same thing as Colace, for much less money than Colace. For me, personally, this laxative is equally effective to others such as Ex-Lax or Dulcolax, but without the cramping or urgency.

It seems to do what it’s supposed to do. It doesn’t necessarily make you have a bowel movement but it seems to keep things softer, like it’s supposed to. After playing around with it a little bit, it’s fairly easy to figure out when to take it.
