Kitty Cat Thunder Box Pet House and Litter Box Comfort Room with Night Stand, White

Received item, packaging was fine, when opened one panel was cracked, I decided it's just a crack I can deal with it. Then I started assembling, and while assembling I had hardware bend and break then after installing the door I went to open it and the particle board broke in the corner and the door fell off. I disassembled it completely and it's on its way back. Side note: I used care while assembling as I have done this before with like products. The material is very flimsy and cheap and I was not happy with it at all. Maybe mine was just a lemon.

I love the size and the design

Very cheap material! The concept is great, but having a material so weak & paint that will scratch while putting it together, made me regret my purchase. The walls will just break while putting in the screws. Make me wonder why does it cost so much. I have seen these types of litter box/furniture before, and I was really exited to get this one. Next time I will need to take a closer look at the reviews or where it comes from before buying another.

The little litter box is cute. I bought this for a stray cat i took in that is now a member of our family with three dogs. I need to keep them out of her litter. After a short time in our new home the door fell apart. I contacted the seller and sent them pictures. In two days, I had a new door for the box. I will see how it works out. Customer service was great! Thanks so much

The assembly instructions were subpar. More so than usual. Product is small and cheap. But I got what I paid for I guess.

Product arrived broken, had missing parts and directions confusing. Also no contact number to get replacement parts. This is made of pressed paper. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to using this item, because it is really cute and unique. Maybe I'll buy a replacement in the future and hope it arrives intact.

Super sturdy, and cannot smell the litter at all. My cat is about 15 lbs so I was concerned she wouldn't fit through the hole but she does and she loves it. My only concern would be that NO litter box fits inside here. they are all too big or too small. So what I did, is I found one that is pretty close in size, then cut it down with a knife (Was incredibly hard to do), and then I line underneath it with doggy pads (cheap ones on amazon or discount stores) and then the excess urine goes on the pad. At first I didn't line it, and it was super smelly (when i opened it) and the urine stained the bottom of it. So now, I have a system and would still buy again. I even put my TV and stuff on top, and when the cat goes in and out, it doesn't shake at all! GREAT!

VERY disappointed with this item. The door broke after only being built and used about 3 times. Very cheap product for the price.
