The trimmer will not turn on. What should I do?

The Aqua Blade has a built‑in travel lock. Simply press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to unlock. Holding the button again for 5 seconds will re lock the unit for safe travel. Plugging the charger in will also automatically disable the lock.

The battery does not last very long or seems to lose power quickly.

For optimal battery performance, charge the trimmer fully for 60 minutes before first use. Make sure the unit is in the OFF (0) position while charging. The LED light pulses while charging and stays on when complete.

The trimmer does not cut hair properly.

For best results, keep the blades clean and lightly oiled. Remove hair after each use and ensure the correct attachment is securely fitted. For a closer finish, trimming gently against hair growth will help achieve smooth, even results.

An attachment does not fit or feels loose.

Each attachment is designed to click securely into place. Make sure it is properly aligned and snapped firmly onto the blade. Once fitted correctly, attachments stay secure for comfortable, controlled trimming.

How should I clean and maintain the trimmer?

Simple maintenance keeps your trimmer performing like new. After each use, brush away loose hair, rinse the blades only when needed, dry them thoroughly, and apply 1–2 drops of clipper oil to the blade.
