Lo requería para convertir la conexión de unos microfonos de solapa a la grabadora Zoom y el sonido se escucha sin interferencia y también se alimenta de la corriente de la grabadora por el puerto XLR. Es decir, me sirvió para lo que necesitaba. Tengo un convertidor de XLR a TRS, que convierte el phantom power al voltaje que necesita el microfono de solapa. Y aunque los microfonos de solapa tienen un botón para elegir si uno quiere TRRS o TRS esto no funcionaba para mi caso. Con este convertidor ya dejo el micrófono de solapa en TRRS y este adaptador hace la conversión y transmite el voltaje sin problema. Estoy muy satisfecho.

No sé si fue mi culpa en la selección, pero lo que intenté comprar fue un adaptador para terminales TRS (3polos estéreo-) macho de 3.5mm a 3.5mm hembra TRRS (4 polos **) y lo que recibí no es lo deseado, no suena ningún canal. * salida de audio de PC (por ejemplo) ** audífonos de celular Samsung

Design Not Best for Cameras
Works great! However, the design causes a bit of leverage strain when it hanging on the jack that I would rather avoid so I am returning this in favor of the ones with a right angle male TRS and short cable.
