Marcy Utility Slant Board w/ Headrest SB-4606

This came in earlier this week, and I have to admit, I was a little nervous about it being wobbly since I'll have it on carpeting. But after I started doing inclined sit-ups the first time using it, all my worries disappeared. Very stable, and it's been great for ab work like that. Additionally, I was also worried because it seemed to be missing some parts, screws & rods and things like that. But after going over the assembly diagrams, I realized that the parts weren't missing, they'd been pre-assembled before it was packaged. After that, it was a snap to put together, less than 30 minutes. And it was easy to adjust to my preferred configuration after that. My one complaint is that there's a lot of catch with the foam leg pads, which makes getting on and off the bench a little more difficult, but that's a very minor issue. Highly recommend this product!

Nice and sturdy, solid construction...Has a high angle, I could really feel the pressure on my abdominal muscles so much more than my old setup bench...It is a little large to fit bigger body built, easy to fold and place away.

I bought this to add to the home gym, and it has come in handy while gyms are shut down. Bench is supportive while still being comfortable to lay back on. The foam head rest is at a perfect location (I'm 6'2"). It has been a great addition for sit-ups and decline press in the home gym. My biggest negative for this bench is that the padded supports at your knees and shins rotate slightly as I am moving throughout an exercise. As they rotate, they squeak which is pretty annoying. I am going to try adding a little grease to see if I can stop the squeaking. Overall, a pretty great bench for the price.

I needed a bench only for decline uses, for abs mainly but also for decline chest press. This bench was worth every penny. Easy to assemble and lightweight. There are a few different decline levels. I'm 5'9" and when i lay back my head doesn't even reach the extra pad that's added at the floor. Is this as easy to use as the big decline benches at the gym? Probably not, but for home use, this is spot on and works just fine. Marcy did not disappoint yet again!

ALL THE PARTS ARE INCLUDED! By mistake I returned the first one thinking some parts weren’t there. I WAS WRONG! Other buyers mentioned this also, I only saw these reports later. I reordered a second one, carefully read thru everything. A couple washers/screws are already attached. It was assembled easily, my wife helped a little but it wasn’t necessary. I love it. It’s perfect for us. Apologies to the manufacturer and Amazon 🙏🏼 A rep from Marcy was very professional and tried to help me. 5 STARS for this product!!

It works, relatively sturdy, not as good as a Pro gym one. It gets the job done but the one at the gym goes steeper and is more comfortable. It's all there, easy to assemble, and has been great for my home workout. Great price too.

This is a very basic bench, but if you’re looking to purchase, understand that it is not built to be sturdy.

I was hesitant from some of the reviews saying they didn’t receive all the parts, but I went ahead and purchased anyway. I was one of the lucky ones because I had every part. The instructional manual was EXTREMELY easy to follow and was able to put it together in 30 minutes. Doing sit ups on the machine works PERFECT! The machine doesn’t wobble or anything. It’s easy to raise and to fold and out away. The quality of the metal is probably a 7/10. Appearance is probably 8/10. THE ONLY NEGATIVE I have is that this machine is perfect for a woman or small to median man. I’m 5’9 150lbs and and this works perfect for me, but I can easily understand why some bigger men do not like this product. It’s made for small to medium frames.

Le produit est super! Il est possible de l’ajuster selon ce qu’on désire et il fait vraiment travailler les abdominaux! L’assemblage était assez bien expliqué, tout de meme nous étions deux pour l’assembler. Le seul point faible et qu’il y a une excellente stabilité lorsqu’on utilise la machine, mais lorsque qu’on descend il faut faire attention puisque que la machine a tendance à pencher sur les côtés un peu! Je recommande a 100%, cest lune de mes meilleurs achats!

Hello i was a bit skeptical about this item due to my weight being 217 lb. After reading reviews i heard the weight limit could take up to 250 i hope to never get to that weight for my height. So i figured it would be a good idea to get one and give it a shot. To my surprise despite looking at the illustration full of numbers, The actual installation and set up was fairly straight forward and simple! It took me about 15 minutes to assemble the bench. It is really light I was surprised once its folded its no problem to move. IT also folds fairly flat the only thing that sticks out is the leg holder. Great item for the price as well as amazing quality in crafstman ship. Does not feel cheap what so ever despite the relatively low cost!

Really nice bench for abs, very comfortable. You can put it on top of second flat bench for more resistance. The only thing is that pads are easy to come off
