One a day was the only multivitamin I used because of its great taste. But Olly has as great a taste as well if you need to have flexibility of choice. Don't use store brand, they are not focused on taste.

These multivitamins are perfectly chewable which makes them very easy to take on a daily basis. They taste great unlike many other multivitamins, so I actually looks forward to taking them. If they were candy I'd eat them all day. The daily recommended is two a day, and you can take them at any point of the day, I usually take them in the morning when I skip breakfast and sometimes in addition to a light breakfast. Because they're chewable, you don't need to drink a glass of water with them, though I would recommend doing so anyways. A little over a months supply at 2 chewables a day. Great multivitamin to take at any age, and for any level of health. One A Day is a trusted brand and I'm a loyal consumer of their multivitamins.

Good quality, only complaint bit expensive...$10 bucks would be perfect price...it does work as it says..gives you lots of energy & gummies taste very good..keep in cool to cold place they will stick to each other in hot humid places.

Excellent Multivitamin Gummies!

Just got these and I'm already happy I ordered them. The pills are not a problem for me to swallow, but I liked the idea of gummies. As expected they are way easier to deal with and they taste good. I would not go as far as to say they are as tasty as gummie bears, but they taste good and it beats swallowing pills.
