Perfect thermal printer also portable
Too good printer for those who are finding to use this for short term or for low printing as we wanted just for 4 months buisness. It has blutooth connectivity with fast printing and auto cut also. At this price this quality printer with bunch of features are rare to find. With white colour body it looks too primium. Just go for it. Talking about servicing so we don't need any of that yet so can't say anything about that.

Warranty is Misleading
Stopped working within warranty. Asked to send to Hyderabad for service at my own cost of ₹1200. No pickup, no local service, poor support. Warranty is practically useless. Worst purchase experience — new buyers, think twice before buying
