Cooking has historically been a bit of a smoky affair for me – hello, garlic sautéing – but the range hood whisked away all the grease and unpleasant smells like they weren’t even there. I’m very happy with this range hood. The performance is excellent and it has strong suction power that really makes a difference in my kitchen.The customer service was also outstanding. Doloria helped me and provided great support from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth.Overall, this is a high quality product backed by great service. Stainless steel enclosure has an angular modern style.Dislike: 1- Hand gesture to turn on & choose fan setting is a really nice feature, one that got me to buy this unit in the first place. But it failed after about two months (or less). Good thing the button still works. I likely would not buy this particular unit had it not been for the hand gesture control, which is now moot. It took me some time & effort to install it, so it would be too much hassle to take it down for return.2- Could use brighter lamps; it's sort of medium brightness as it is (cannot adjust brightness).3- "Off" (On/Off) button only turns off the fans, not the lamps, so now I have to click twice.4- Noisy at high setting (not quiet at low), but I kind of expect that & usually don't leave it up at high setting for long.To the manufacturer: Please make sure the one selling point of your product is robust.I wavered between a 1- & 2-star rating, but I could have gotten a lemon, so I thought 1 star would be too harsh.

Update: this is an update to my original review. The company followed up with me and provided replacement parts. Once I changed them out, the lights were brighter, no hissing sound and the buttons/ sensor controls were greatly improved. Great customer service!! The rangehood is so nice now!!!Old review: When I first received the range hood it looked great. I installed it and noticed that the sensor didn't work great and that it was turning on when I reached up to get something out of the cupboard above the fan. Other times, I would try to turn on the light or the fan and it took multiple touches to get it to come on or adjust. One of the worst things is the high pitch noise that comes from the lighting. I can't get rid of the high pitch noise, making it nearly impossible to use the light. The fan noise is louder than I thought it would be.

The best product in the market! I can honestly say this is one of the best purchases I’ve made. I bought it over a year ago and it’s still going strong with no issues. I use it regularly and it still works just as well as it did when I first got it, which really impressed me.It’s one of those products you don’t have to think about. It just works and does exactly what you need. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about buying it.

It’s a nice to look at. But there’s a lot wrong with it. Defective motion sensor, control panels are slow to response. It take 3-5 push for the lights to even turn on and difficult to adjust light setting. It’s LOUD starting with fan setting 2. It’s like a blow dryer in its highest setting in your ears. It’s too bad I really like how it looks.

Been pretty happy with this after a year. Strong fan and fairly bright light. The light adjust by holding the light button. I wasn't sure how I felt about waving to turn on and off the fan. But it's been nice when your cooking and have food on your hands to just wave and turn on without getting the buttons dirty

Great range hood, Easy to install, had to put an outlet in the cabinet as these new fans all have plugs, the sensor is very sensitive though, I had to put tape on it so it wouldn't always turn on when I reach my hand to open the upper cabinet. The fan works pretty good a little loud on the second setting, I usually just keep it on the first setting while I'm cooking which is not to bad, The timer function is useful, and it comes with a remote which is very handy. The only issue I have is this model only came in a matte black finish.

works well, little loud when its on 4 but you feel the 1200 cfm when it come out at the end of a very long and curvy application, I bought this one because of the power it has, I had to go up a few feet then a hard 90 bend then back down about 10 feet then another sharp 90 bend and about 10 feet out of the wall. I set it to #2 and went outside and it was blowing out as good or better than it was before when I had the old fan going straight out. Very pleased.

Very happy with this unit, very good quality at very good price = excellent value! Bought this unit two weeks ago, not super heavy, so very easy to install with second person’s assistance. Like the stainless-steel look, very contemporary. It’s very quiet while providing good air sucking power at speed 1. I will keep it at speed 1 for my regular cooking unless I do fry, this will make my daily cooking very pleasant and healthy.Superb support staff as well! I was trying to figure out how to control the dimming of the lights, the support representative Jane was so super fast to response my question (during the weekend), with clear explanation and a short video to ensure my questions are fully answered. I later had another question about oil catching pan question, again my question was answered right away.Confident on this product! And Like the support team!

The range hood's sleek design complements the kitchen beautifully, and it runs with minimal noise on lower settings. But, on the highest fan speed, the machine exhibits significant vibrations, which could be concerning.
