Also this is a pump supp. Literally if your in ok shape can see some blood vessels in your arms you really will if you load up on this at three teaspoons a day. Other supps yes may have other synergistic elements but how long do they last??? --- This one taken three times or two per day with your blends or on empty yields incredible results. I ate some peanuts after taking this product for a few days and began to get small fever blisters on my lip. L-lysine fixed that.' First of all, let me say that this review is not because I received a free product from BS. I paid full price based on the excellent reviews I have read. I bought 4 different supplements, garcinia, L-Arginine, creatine and beta alanine. I have been taking all 4 supplements together, and have noticed quite a positive effect. For one, I take these as part of a preworkout routine and immediately noticed that I am able to do much more than before without getting the jittery feeling I would get from C4 and CN3. Also, recovery is much much better, I hardly feel sore after an intensive workout. Furthermore, my strength is increased and I've been lifting more and more weights. There is no GI irritation at all, and heartburn is non-existent. I used to not tolerate C4 and CN3 very well, this combination has been a wonderful addition to my regimen. Garcinia has helped with appetite control as well, but not by a huge factor. Combining all 4 products in water is completely tasteless, and they all mix very well. Overall, I believe I have received very high quality supplements, and will buy again. Only gripe is the packaging, kinda hard to keep tightly sealed, so I moved the contents in air tight containers. For long term storage, maybe BS could put in some moisture absorbing crystals in their bags, but I'm not sure how much it would clump, as I have only used the supplements for a week. Again, I highly recommend this company, super great experience!

I like this product, like others have mentioned, they offered me the incentive of free product to write this review. Having said that, I wouldn't write a false review if I didn't believe what I was writing. This seems to me to be a high quality product and I do feel that it bumped up my workouts. Its hard for me to isolate just this one product from the other supplements that I take before I workout since I take a few things before training begins. One thing that seems to be a side benefit or side effect depending on how you want to look at it, is that this stuff does seem to increase your sex drive somewhat, and makes it easier to get an erection. I don't think its anything as dramatic as taking viagra or cialis (both of which I have tried) but combined with D asparic acid, which increases your natural free testosterone level, it seems to make a significant difference in sex drive for me over what I would consider to be my baseline. For reference, I am a 38 year old competitive bodybuilder who is natural, and has never used steroids. I am 5'7 and 195 lbs. with 5% bodyfat as measured per caliber test.So I am in very good shape both in muscularity and also in cardiovascular. I run and/or hike 4-5 times per week, train four times per week in the gym, and have good strength, for purposes of comparison for those of you wondering what I mean by having good strength (free weight squats with 405 lbs for 12 reps with good form, wrapping my knees, but no weight belt, incline dumbbell press 125 lbs in each hand for 12 reps with good form.) I am no novice to the world of weight training and bodybuilding.

Easier to mix with whatever you’re secret custom pre workout out blend is , well that’s what i do. Mixed on the effectiveness, i can only go by what i feel so when i run out i will stop using it for a while.
