I've been purchasing these pecans at least twice a year for the last 5 years and have never been dissatisfied until this year. I was in a bind, being the holidays and all, so was unable to return or re-order in time. However, I had to pick thru the entire 5 lb. bag just to get enough pecans for just one of the recipes I needed and even then they were pitiful. Appx. 90% of the pecans have black in the meat of them. I've trusted your pecans for years so I never thought to purchase backup product elsewhere but moving forward I will. I've completely lost confidence in your product.

The pecans are exactly what I expected; they come in a bag and not a canister. I save them in a couple of food-grade containers with tight lids.
