J Concepts 0089 Traxxas 1/16 E-Revo Hi Flow Body

I love it it looks so good nice has flex in it not hardened I will buy this again.

Good quality body it seems to be durable. I bought it for my hbx16889 and it’s a little big for it. But I still thinks it’s a good body

Great little body for mini e revo. Needed to lift the back mounts one space to get it to fit good. Can’t out great. Nice simple body without too many bends. Makes masking easier for people new to painting bodies.

Love the body, but the incorrect window masks and decal kit was in the bag. I had to use masking tape and make my own window masks before painting which was a little more labor intensive than I was hoping for. Overall a decent body though.

It’s a great shell, was a little worried about cutting it out as in have just ordered pre-cut shells before. This one was well marked for the cut lines and was pretty easy to get cut, there were a couple little spots that were tricky but I managed. Paint stuck well so far and it makes the revo look a bit different but quite nice. I will include a couple picture of how it turned out with paint.

This body is nothing like the stock Traxxas body. It’s very thin and flimsy. The decal kit that comes with it is for a 1/8 scale truck so they were pretty much useless.

Fits perfect and has the stickers you need. Gives the car a great buggy look with traxxas 1/16 buggy wheels.

I'll probably increase this to 5 stars after I get some run-time, and assuming there are no integrity issues with the materials. I bought this for my Traxxas Slash 1/16 stadium truck. I needed something that would accommodate much larger wheels, as part of a crawler setup. I had to cut the wheel wells much deeper to allow for the larger wheel/tire pairing and was glad to find no weak points (subject to tearing) after this modification. The materials seem very strong so far. I'll update this review after adding paint, decals, etc. So far I've drilled all the holes and run this new body on my truck for about 1 hour. I'm absolutely loving it and will likely buy another for my son's truck (also a Traxxas Slash 1/16). One non-issue, but worth mentioning. The instructions provided good advice, and I'm glad I read and followed them. Do NOT make any holes (for the mounting pillars or antenna), until you align this body with your own vehicle. As it turned out, the back mounting holes were perfectly aligned, but the front was about 3/16" off. Do as they suggest and line up the body over your vehicle, and make your own markings to ensure perfect alignment. Do this before painting, so that you can see through the body. Don't just drill their "suggested" holes.
