Shrimp 94%, salt 5%, sugar 1%, for the person who has seafood allergy like hardshell seafood should avoided, they have vacuumed pack and clean ad taste good. No MSG or yeast product in it.

I don't make kimchi. I use this in pad thai, fried rice and other dishes that I wish to add a savory kick. I have used it in bok choy so I suppose that it could be used for most vegetable dishes.
