I was looking for an alternative to Tylenol Extra Strength 500mg, I had very severe pain on both of my feet! I was diagnosed with sprain on tarsal ligament, achilles tendinitis and primary osteoarthritis. My podiatrist recommended me special made orthotics and amniotic "stem cell" injections. Unfortunately, my health insurance provider, from my employer, was not able to cover both the orthotics nor the amniotic injections. It's not a pain that makes me want to call my employer and not want to show up to work! When I get up to work, I take two pills in the morning, wait for 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast, then I'm ready to go and the pain goes away! From my experience, the effect of Turmeric dissipates overnight, but once I take it in the morning before going to work, I literally feel no pain at all or a minor manageable slight pain, I no longer limp nor do I complain about pain to my co-workers, supervisor nor to any HR personnel, while working at my warehouse job! I re-stack or down stack pallets, sometimes I unload a container, items weighing up to 75 lbs! Putting a heavy toll on my feet yet, I feel no pain nor severe discomfort on my feet! Nature's Wellness Turmeric supplements really works!! I highly suggest trying them out, especially if you suffer from osteoarthitis/tenditis, as for me, Nature's Wellness has gained a new loyal customer, as long as they don't change their formula, I will keep on buying from them! Having taken another standardized turmeric supplement since 2010, I tried this because I'd been reading that Bioperine and black pepper aid in absorption of Curcumin. A good supplement that effectively fight some chronic inflammation and other issues. With a notable difference when I run out Being picky about supplements, I verified the quality of production in the USA and like that the capsules are clear and the contents have been incredibly consistent between bottles. Overall very happy with this product and I have actually recommended this a multiple number of times for a variety of uses long before being offered a free bottle for putting it in writing with Amazon.

This tumeric is effective in helping to relieve pain plus if has many other health benefits...there is no after taste or burping and the added black pepper helps with maximum absorption...use it as a pain killer or take it to help fight off cancer, inflammation and oxidation in the body...try it and u will not need the toxic big pharma pain killers....the store and pharmacy brands are even more toxic....I would love to see the company switch to glass bottles and also reduce the size of the capsules...these are the two reasons why I give four stars....The positive effects of real tumeric has been established a long time ago and is well documented....plants are amazing!!!!

I don't leave many reviews, but it's worth mentioning that this product works for joint pain. My wife and I love to run, and she deals with knee issues. We did our research and found this product. There are plenty of products to choose from, but I am a value shopper and landed on this one. It has 100mg of 95% strength curcuminoids, which is a key ingredient in Tumeric that has been studied for its health benefit. Some other products don't tell you how much of this ingredient they include. BioPerine is black pepper extract, and it's been shown to synergistically support Tumeric in its effectiveness. Well, I studied all of that before choosing this product that my wife swears by. So, there you have it. It works. It's relatively inexpensive for what you get. Trust me, there are identical products out there that cost twice as much. PS: my wife is a 40 yo hottie, but I am not going to post a photo of her to prove this product's effectiveness... it won't make you beautiful, she was just born with it.

Turmeric is supposed to have a great many benefits. But it has 2 things going against it. 1 - ***Plain*** Turmeric, while tasty, is limited in it's benefits. The active part of Turmeric is the Turmeric Curcuminoids. 2 - Plain Turmeric isn't readily absorbed by the body. Enter Bioperine. Bioperine helps to absorb the Turmeric Curcuminoids at a much greater level. Bioperine also increases the absorption of other nutrients, AND medicines. But, so far, I haven't had any problems with the medicines that I take. So the combination of Turmeric Curcuminoids and Bioperine is the winning combination. I have arthritis in both knees and the lower spine. I was getting injections in the knees, but haven't had any injections for almost 2 years. The arthritis in the spine was preventing me from standing completely straight. The following has stopped my arthritic problems; Health Plus Prime Green Coffee Bean Extract 100% Pure & Natural 800mg (It had NO effect on my weight) Best Naturals Broccoli Sprouts Extract, 1000 mg That combination removed 90% of my problem. Taking this Turmeric combination, not only removed the last 10% of the pain, but restored the flexibility in my back and knees. I take 1 capsule of Turmeric with each meal, and don't plan to stop. My short term memory has also improved, but I'm not sure of the cause.

Does a good job for me on muscle and joint aches. I don’t want to be without it!

Trying these but not loving the effect they have when I put in my mouth. The capsules make me gag and are hard to swallow. But I manage to do it most times with a glass of water.
