This product worked like MAGIC. I never review anything, but I want every desperate soul who comes across this listing after a week of hearing out of only one side of their head to know that this worked like a charm for me, when all else failed (different kinds of drops, a hand squeeze bulb, valsalva maneuver, putting my ear under the shower for 15 minutes...).I was leery of alternative products that had electric pumps or that blasted the eardrum directly with a jet of water, as that seemed risky. The split-stream, hand-pumped method of this product worked perfectly, as it allowed for high pressure water to enter the ear canal but not crash point-blank into the sensitive eardrum. I also liked that it was produced by an American company and not some random foreign untraceable product.I couldn't believe how much gunk came out in a matter of seconds (which the helpfully included basin nicely collected). Like, JESUS. While everything else I tried had barely dislodged anything, in mere moments this genius device had painlessly unleashed an avalanche of nastiness that left me hearing perfectly again. I can't believe I put up with this for over a week. Never again! This thing has a permanent place of honor under my sink.

It worked with the first full bottle of warm water. Debris and wax showed in the catch bowl. Saved me a trip to the doctor.

This is an overpriced spray bottle. I hate to write bad reviews but, feel I owe it to other buyers. Save your money, this did not work, tried it several times. I wanted it to work so bad so ignored other bad reviews.

I wasn't sure what brand/type of device to help get rid of troublesome earwax. I looked at many reviews of products on Amazon and decided on this one since it is from an actual medical company. Works GREAT! Doesn't hurt. No more having to make/pay for a doctor's appointment to have earwax removed. It may cost a bit more than another cheaper brand, but is worth it in my opinion. Sprays in 3 directions, which does the trick. This worked wonders! Highly recommended.
