Does this block wifi and network signal?

As I understand it, there is a pocket in the phone case for one credit/debit card which is shielded against remote scanning. Putting your phone in the case does not prevent wi-fi or network signals as far as I am aware.

Would it fit a S23 Ultra with a case on it.

I have the iPhone 14 pro max with a case, and that fits in very comfortably. Don’t know if this helps
