The SI belts I purchased in the past never really gave enough compression, security, or comfort to compress my right hip/pelvis properly or to wear on a regular basis. The Sparthos SI Hip Belt provides proper compression and support, sits low around the hip/pelvis, is 3-4 inches wide, and is made of non-slip material that provides enough rigidity not to stretch or shift. Helped me walk when I had sciatica
I used this daily just to make it daily walking in Amazon wharehouse I work in when I injured my sciatica there. Works good! Just for relief not cure it.
