I just received these the other day so I don't know if they work or not! BUT the pills are huge and hard to swallow. I wish they were smaller.

Tried chicken cartilage collagen pills in the past and now this product; both products 6 times testing them in 5 years made my neck, back, many joints stiff, soar and caused tight, soar muscles. Neck pain, stiff. I had to stop using the pills-formulas and go back to natural ways to keep the joints, bones healthy; make my own chicken or turkey soup with all the bones, fat, meat and cartilage in it. Many vegetables... I eat the cartilage and soup. This is like bone broth. But is natural; the perfect amount, balance of ingredients. I also take Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to dissolve deposits on my old joints, bones and in blood vessels. I get a bit of joint pain when I drink 'too much' but not bad, and it quickly goes away. I feel this is a temporary result of joints growing. I then cut down my dose of vinegar a bit and go back to full amount later. It works. Maybe the pain, stiffness from the joint pills is a result of joints growing and the dose is too high? Might consider taking a 1/4th pill instead. But probably will not because the soup and vinegar has been the best help over the years. And losing weight. Age 65 and lot of past injuries. I appreciate the list of ingredients; helps to learn how to find them in food.

Helps with shoulder joint pain

I recommend them. In my experience, my knees used to hurt, but after I started taking them, I have no pain. They are very good.
