Great pre-pump filters.
2002 Ford Excursion 7.3 Powerstroke. These filters work great as pre-filters while leaving the standard filter in place under the hood. If installed pre-pump, I highly recommend using the 30-micron version to remove moisture and larger solids and allow the standard filter (rated 10 microns) to only have to handle the finest particles. I change this filter every 5K miles and the one under the hood every 15K.
