Air Max Unisex Sport Nasal Dilators
I've had to rely on heavy duty nasal strips all allergy season, they are pretty effective but the adhesive irritates my skin and face it, they are unsightly if you wear them 24/7. My initial thoughts on the Air Max Sport Medium is that they are pretty amazing and they are also pretty inconspicuous. I've ordered more so I can rotate/clean them.

Prefer nose strips
Wasn’t the biggest fan of these tbh. They were uncomfortable for me and didn’t stay in. May have been the shape of my nose though

Actually usable! But personally missed the mark
I've tried a few of these types of nasal dialators, and this particular design actually stays put for as long as you want to have it in. I've gone pretty much entire days, no slip or readjust required. That being said, it can really only open you up so much from the inside while staying put and not causing discomfort or pain, and the airflow difference wasn't a substantial increase for me. This is extremely variable based on individual structure and condition, so if you are looking to try these types of devices I would still recommend this product. The material is durable and hygienic, and its a small amenity but the case really enabled the experience with its convenience. Taking it out and temporarily is no effort compared to the adhesive variation

Not worth the money
This product did not work for me at all. I purchased the multi-size pack because I wasn't sure what would fit. Ended up using the smallest size. The fit was tight and it felt awkward in my nose. I used for about a week and saw no improvement in my sleep. If anything, I felt it made it harder to breathe.

Works!
These work great at keeping my nose open. From working almost 20 years in the medical field and having to wear the N-95 masks, the cartilage on the sides of my nose now cave in everytime I inhale through my nose. To help me breath easier at night, I slip these into my nose and stay put till next morning. It's effective and comfortable to wear as long as you use the right size. It comes in 2 sizes so try both to find the best fit for you. I tend to push the tips of mine towards the front too to help make more room for air to flow inside my nose. Easy to clean as well and comes in a cute little hard case for storage.

Too big, blocks more than it opens
Maybe I have a deviated septum I never knew about or something, but I have used the rhinomed turbine ones for a few months, and was hoping these would be softer and just as effective. Unfortunately for me, even the small one is too big, comes out, pinches on one side, and feels like it’s getting in the way of breathing instead of opening nasal passages. Maybe it just doesn’t work with my anatomy, but for me, the little case was the most useful thing in the kit.

An option that works!
I've got to give these give stars for actually opening up my nasal passage. If you have this kind of issue, these will work for you. If I attempt to breath in deep through my nose, my nose will collapse near the bridge of my nose and I start mouth breathing this is in my sleep). These actually reach high enough in my nose to prevent that. I had also tried the rhinomed sport turbine ones and those did not help. They couldn't reach as high as these (I tried medium and large sizes, but only needed the small for this brand). I will say if you're getting these for sleep that the clips which help keep them in your nose do a great job. However, these are slightly uncomfortable to me. I might try the regular version to get away from that, but do worry if they'll stay in while sleeping. I hope that with time my nose will become accustomed and stop hurting where those clips help keep it in.

Obstruct breathing
It is somewhat effective, but it hinders breathing.

Life changing for people with enlarged turbinates!
Dear Mouth Breathers, I can not recommend this product enough for people with enlarged (or narrowed) inferior turbinates, although it is for a somewhat niche market they have absolutely nailed it! I have tried several different nasal dilators: the cage tubes, clips, strips etc. The tube/cage type ones hurt your nose lining and don’t stay in, the strips are fine for general use and sleeping but they are quite wasteful and they come off when you sweat. These ones are right on the money! Comfortable and reusable! Getting them to sit up past your turbinates takes some practice and wiggling to get them situated. They work best for me when pulled towards the tip of the nose but once they are seated you will feel strong like a Viking Warrior! I think the reason for a lot of the negative reviews is people are either using them to try and treat a nasal issue which these aren’t designed for or they aren’t aware of the structure of the nose and are therefore not getting them past the inferior turbinates. These essentially pin back the lower inferior turbinates to induce normal airflow as such they won’t help if you have issues further up in the nasal cavity. If it helps at all I am a 6ft tall 87kg athletic build male with an average size (but narrow) nose and the small clip works perfectly. The medium makes my nose look and feel like a wind tunnel... woooosh!!! I went with the Airmax Sport because they have the little septum clips to stop it sliding out when running and jumping (may also function as a guide for depth setting to check they are in far enough!) Although they can be a little uncomfortable at first you soon get used to them and the benefits are incredible! I genuinely feel like a different person while training now that I can consistently nasal breath. Plus now I know what I would look like if I got a septum piercing - BONUS! Yours faithfully, Ex-mouth breather P.S. - For more breathing info look up James Nestor. His TED talk is an excellent place to start.
