They do have drain holes in the bottom
They look real good on our black fence. I used them for 4th of July decor red,white,blue flowers with small American flags. It’s hard to keep the hangers to stay in place. My husband saw them on Facebook and just had to have them. We are seniors and we enjoy doing spring and summer flowers.
