Fixed the voltage fault on my Isuzu generator. Just match the jumpers from the original and tweek the output voltage to exactly 120v. Take a photo of the original before starting the installation and mark any wires if not uniquely colored.

Had issue that was not regulators fault. Basket case machine at my shop with a blown up rectifier and regulator. I found this cheap version of the regulator on Amazon vs 10x price from Cummins. Pay close attention to the fact this is single phase sensing only. The older version I pulled off was 3 phase sensing and used terminal 6 as 3rd leg. This will fail the regulator if attempted. Single phase terminals 7 and 8 work well. At the price of this regulator, didn't feel bad about experimenting and failing a couple.
