Good pill cutter

Finally an excellent pill cutter
In the frustrating search for a good pill cutter, I bought several in stores, and 3 on Amazon. I finally found not only a good one, but an excellent one, the John Bee. This is a quality product, in all aspects. Functionality first. But also accessories and user friendliness. I find it to cut evenly and cleanly, including cutting halves into quarters. It comes with helpful accessories, like a brush, and user friendly and supportive literature. My impression is that this manufacturer is driven by a goal of quality

It will cut small pills in half as advertised - works well!
Really good product. I have used others pill spillters before but they could not handle small to large pills and cut them down the middle with ease. Excellent pill spillter and greate carrying case

Only worked tilting on my small tablets. Trying to cut flat surface splinters them. Not good
First time using wasn’t impressed, as cutter split my pill into 3 pieces. Tried a few more times with bad results and then decided to tilt the cutter slightly as thought it might hold my small thyroid medication in place better. It worked and I got a fairly even spilt every time cutting, using this method. I wouldn’t say I think it’s the best for small medication, as mine are or the best made, but it will do me for a turn until I get a better one. Overall score of 3 stars is all I can give for the one I received. I’m sure larger tablets though work, but based on the one I received wouldn’t recommend for small pills.

The Only Pill Splitter that Works
I've tried so many pill splitters, and every one of them either crushed the pills or split them unevenly. I was ready to give up when I decided to try this one. And I'm glad I did! It doesn't crush small pills, and it splits the pills evenly. The trick to getting an even cut is this (it didn't work with the other pill splitters but it works with this one): 1. Place the pill firmly against the guard with the writing on the pill facing down. 2. Slowly lower the top of the pill splitter till it touches the pill. 3. Give a quick chop downward on the top of the pill splitter. It works every time.
