how many inches does the handle extend?

I don't have exact measurements but it was certainly high enough that my 11 year old grandson could easily handle... It is not a very sturdy little suitcase... During handling it got nicked up and the protective coating over the design got torn. I would have hoped for the price, it would have been a higher quality... but it was a unique design so I purchased for a trip to Disney...

Yes it does! My son is 3 and can roll with ease

Yes it’s actually a kids suitcase that is similar to a carry on size, slightly smaller.
