Fits perfect - what's the problem?
Sorry for such low quality video. I just did this in a big hurry to get the point across - THE FITTING FITS WHEN YOU HAVE THE PIPE IT FITS. Please don't have a fit and downgrade the vendor if you ordered the wrong part.

Too Small
I don't know what I did wrong... I order a 3 inch pvc cap that fit perfectly but these 3 inch elbows are Too Small. It is written on them that they are 3 inches, but they are just too small to fit a 3 inch pvc pipe.
