IT IS A PIECE OF JEWELRY THAT FITS SNUGLY AROUND YOUR NECK! i THOUGHT I COULD HOOK IT IN THE LAST LOOP AND IT WOULD BE A TRUE CHOKER THAT WOULD SHOW ABOVE MY CLOTHING.
