Great piece of kit. Needed to upgrade due to my old PC not supporting Win11. This seemed a low cost way to do it. It came on time and...- as specified (i5, 16Gb, 512Gb, HDMI, VGA, DisPort, USB3x4, USBx4, DVD, NiC) all of which I've used and work.- with a USB WiFi dongle (not used as I am using the NiC)- Win11 pre-installed and activated (I was up and running in about 30 seconds)I replaced the Win11 (my choice to do that to check but not necessary) and the hardware was recognised as compatible with no issues. Excellent!Simple comparison with my old machine shows it's running full tilt as per i5 benchmarks online. Not done multi thread loading tests yet but I may update this review once I've done some video encoding with it.Inside the machine was pretty dust free and the fan runs silently. Had it running continuously for 24 hours without an issue.I've added a 1Tb SATA SSD (cables are inside and connected) and that works fine.I'm a happy customer (well done ASC) and I hope the details above help others...

I needed a PC specifically for web browsing. I've built my own PC's for the last 30 years, but found that the price of a case, psu, cpu, motherboard, memory, SSD etc, plus windows 11 a bit off putting., probably a minimum of £600 to £700. I saw this renewed Dell PC from ASC Technology at ~ £150. My initial thoughts were that you don't get much for that price, and for a few days I swapped between wanting to buy one, and not wanting to buy one because I expected to be disappointed with it. I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm in my seventies, and can't remember every buying anything that has been such a surprisingly good buy in my life. It looks perfect, and does everything I want. Easy to follow instructions. Arrived on time. Just had to re enter passwords for Outlook .

This arrived in one day, looked fine but won't come on. Phoned the seller and they said they will arrange a return and replacement, but after the holidays. I then went through the Amazon return process and they expect me to pay for return postage of a bulky item (a pc) before I even get a refund so I'll be out of pocket either way as well as having the inconvenece of not having a working PC. Amazon used to be top on customer service but this is a joke.

Excellent computer can't believe how fast and quiet it is (compared to my old one). Delivery was on time, set up was easy, I chose to use Ethernet Cable from the router, USB to printer, mouse and keyboard and VGA to monitor.I use it for home office. Windows 11 only did slight update. Set up in minutes using my Microsoft account.The case is in good condition - it would pass as an ex display model.I've had it five days and no regrets - Very impressed.
