I tried the very expensive brands. They were uncomfortable and had many flaws. This less expensive bluetooth is great. The 'thingy' that goes around your ear is soft and very comfortable. The sound is perfect and the battery life is plenty. I wouldn't use any other. It does what I need it to do.

Great bluetooth, headset. the quality is much better than expected. Call quality is excellent as well. Current use with an iphone 16.

Don't mind my double chin lol. It's about the earpiece anyways. It fits so nicely. Comfortable and volume is loud !!! Yes I'm picky and it's loud enough. Comfortable and drowns out about 80% of background noise. We own a Limousine service and clients listen to their music on the louder side and callers can still hear me great. Highly recommend

I ordered this because of the reviews , but it is not worth it , it does stay connected keeps dropping the calls so you can bearly talk cause every few minutes the call gets dropped just not worth it , there is also an echo in the background . It is nice and loud if it worked but it's tough talking to people when you have to constantly keep calling back cause of dropped calls .

I bought this earpiece because Plantronics no longer sells the M165 or M180, and I was hoping this would be an acceptable alternative. Although it's not a bad earpiece, it's no M165 or M180. The battery life is great, but I can't really say how long it lasts, because the device doesn't announce how much battery life is left. You will be using it, and it will just quit with no battery life warning. The parts that fit in and around the ear are also uncomfortable, so I replaced them with the ones I used for my M165 and M180. After that, they fit comfortably. Another bit of an annoyance is the button to turn the device on and off. You have to hold the button for several seconds, and sometimes you can miss a call waiting for the device to turn on. It would be great if this device would put the power on/off button on the side, like the Plantronics, and have the device audibly announce that it is powered on and how much battery life is left.

Volume buttons are large enough, noticeably lightweight, long lasting charge, great sound quality, every bit as good as the Plantronics. My new go to
