Hidden Camera with Wireless Charger

I have several hidden cams, I’ve used them for years to monitor places in my home or at my office where I don’t want to put a regular camera like a Wyze cam. Sometimes the Wyze cams stick out like a sore thumb and a more covert camera is needed to blend in. This phone charger stand camera is one of the best ones I’ve used. It plugs in so there isn’t a battery needed, the cord is expected because it’s a phone charger (and it does work as a charger), and it can be placed pretty much anywhere that a person would expect a phone charging stand to be. The video quality is really good, setup is easy, and the WiFi connection is reliable. The lens is very difficult to see even when I know it’s there and am looking for it. The only slightly negative thing is that the stand itself looks cheap, it’s a very lightweight plastic and doesn’t “feel” like a quality charger. I have a lot of high end stuff in my house so this doesn’t blend in as well as it could, but I doubt anybody is going to pay close enough attention to it. It’s a great product and probably my favorite hidden cam to date.

Can't connect to camera without it being connected to same wifi signal, even though it says I should be able to. Motion sense record randomly stops working, even with the SD card maybe 4% used. Thing is glitchy af.

Poor quality video. Choose a better and more expensive product

Works great. Looks like any normal charger and the video is good. Only complaints would be the video can be laggy sometimes and the app needs improvements. Some quality of life improvements as it is a bit buggy. But the product itself is good

Pros: a unit arrived. Ready to use, charge is my phone perfectly, takes good quality video, and looks very unassuming. Cons: I used the SD card loop recording (as I intended to from the beginning). However, the fact that I need to connect to my Wi-Fi in order to set up my Wi-Fi free SD card is a little silly. And, instead of clear instructions on the downloaded app, it had me jumping all over the place to find where to toggle the settings. Meh: I knew it had night vision, but I didn’t realize that it only recorded in that night vision, black, and white at all times. And, the video is in segments. So if I want a continuous video of two segments, I have to download it and then upload it into a movie maker to combine the two segments. Seems like it could’ve been done better.

It doesn’t stand out as a spy camera, because it truly looks like a phone charger, but it can’t see very far or very clearly, and I am not the most tech savvy person, but the app was not as easy to use as I would like
