I bought this because I'm 55 and wanted a weight bench that had all the different options this one does to do light to moderate workouts. I also like that it folds up and out of the way when I'm not using it. This bench is exactly what I was looking for. The instructions were good and it was easy to put together and it took me about two hours by myself. I like the versatility of it and it seems well made. I've used for several months and it's held up really well and seems like it will last a long time. I also like the customer service. When I assembled it, the seat had a small rip in it and I sent an email to them on a Saturday. I didn't expect to hear back from them until Monday but they responded in a few hours and asked me to send a picture of the seat. I did and they responded the next day and said they would ship a new seat on Monday. They shipped the seat on Monday just like they said they would and it arrived in four days. So, I like everything about this bench and the customer service was good, too.

Poor product. Very misleading add. Not made for grown adults. The fly arms are to short. The “squat” rack is to short. The preacher curl setup is awkward and impossible to get full motion in. The rack width is narrow for any type of bench setup. Bench is cheap along with the preach curl padding. I’m 5’10” and every feature of this piece of equipment is misrepresented and just too small for adults. did I mention the customer service is horrendous. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT unless it’s for your 10 year old.

Took 4 hours to make and it includes all the tools and bits. They should have just used the larger washers for every screw instead of trying to save money with the smaller washers. The only problem I had was that the preacher curl handle bars are way too short. Meaning an adult cannot do a full arm curl because the bar is so short. I fixed this by buying 10” gym cables & handle bar accessories. I removed the preacher curl handle bars and attached the cables and new handle bars to the same location. It was just awful design for the arm curls I don’t know who thought that was a good idea when developing this. It doesn’t come with a bar and plates but it works fine with a 5ft bar and standard plates. Don't use olympic.

After doing a lot of research and reading through customer reviews, we decided on this one—and we're really happy with the choice. It supports up to 660 lbs, which is far more than we need, but it speaks to the durability and quality. We liked that it includes a bench, a bar rack, a leg developer, and a curl rack—all in one unit. It's also adjustable, which is great since both our son and we use it. With five levels of adjustment, it offers good flexibility for different exercises and body sizes. The imitation leather padding is comfortable and easy to wipe down after each use, which is great for keeping things sanitary. One downside: it did not come with a bench press bar as shown in some of the photos, and it also doesn’t include weights—but that was clearly mentioned in the product details, so we weren’t caught off guard. Overall, we’re very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a versatile and sturdy home weight bench.

We received a return it seemed. It has missing pieces and fabric was torn. Contacted the sellers and they shipped the new product out and paid for expedited delivery!! Super responsive! Product itself gets the job done! It's great product for the price!
