I ordered it for my daughter. It is inconspicuous but I worry about the potency of the shock. And how long would it be effective? I do not know. my daughter lives in New York. She needs it.

WOW! I havenโt used this on a person (or anything else) but the sound and the lightning flash upped my confidence a lot. Mine is blue, clips onto my pocket or purse and after a few tries to make sure I have the switches in the right position to turn on the light or the REAX stun gun. Of course I donโt want to have to use it, but โฆ

Stopped working. However, upon further investigation...
It stopped charging and working after a week. Not reliable at all. I am very disappointed and feel that I wasted my money. However, upon further investigation... I realized that I had missed a button on the device. It works pretty good. Sorry about the rush to judgement.

No one knows you have it on you
Small, recharges from usb in the car, looks like a large pen, good light. Inconspicuous. Does not look offensive, did not put my finger in front to try it and a won't.

Product does not work
The product does not work. I had ordered 2 other products similar to this one. Upon receipt of those 2 items they worked. This product did not work upon receipt, so I charge it multiple times but still does not work. I am in the process of returning the item.

Excellent Christmas Gift
Bought it for my son and daughter. It only took 2 minutes till my college age son shocked himself to prove it didn't work. Well, it works very well! Excellent purchase.

I know how far you'd get if you depend on it. I can't depend on it alone. It makes an intimidating sound. I found that if your going to use it, don't go without something else. I was very curious so I decided to try it on myself. In order for some effect, you have to push it into the body. I did that on my leg and it felt like a sharp pain. I'm not sure how long the power would last if you need to use it but I'd bet the perp could outlast the taze. I'm going to call my local PD for advice of one I can depend on. Take care.
