Pirates of The Caribbean Jack Sparrow Button Ring

This ring looks very much like the one in the Pirates of the Caribbean movie series compared to the plastic toy rings being sold. It's the one that Johnny Depp (Capt. Jack Sparrow) wears on his left ring finger. It's made of metal, the head or setting that contains the "Spanish Flower" and the "3 stones", has the right size, and of course the weight feels like the real thing. The shank, the cylinder that goes to the finger, I guess, does not come in different sizes. You can't choose what size you want. I had it measured in a jewelry shop and it's size 10. It looks perfect except there is one problem. The head or setting is not welded to the shank in the right orientation. The head should be rotated to the right about 90 degrees so that the flower will be parallel to the shank. What I mean is, when you're wearing the ring and you put your left hand in front of you like looking at your wrist watch, the Spanish Flower should be standing and not oriented towards the knuckles. Check the POTC3 when Jack was eating the peanut in Davy Jones Locker. Make sure you slow it down or pause it. You will see what I'm talking about. Check also my uploaded photo to see the difference in the 2 rings. Of course, this is not a big deal. I just noticed it and thought of mentioning it. I brought mine to a jewelry shop to have it re-size and at the same time re-orient the flower, but the people there said they won't be able to do it 'coz the solder is to hot and it will ruin the ring. So I'm stuck with it. It's still beautiful though, so I'm still giving it a 5 star.

This ring is pretty enough to be worn as a cocktail ring. It fit wonderfully and looks marvelous. I am very happy with the quality and the price.

Great quality. Doesn't look cheap (which I kind of expected). It is a large size and DOES NOT adjust, but I just wore it on my pointer finger and it worked fine. I got lots of comments on the ring when I wore it with my pirate costume.

I just got my ring and I absolutely lvoe it! It looks really gorgeous. The design is lovely and the quality is great especilly considering the price. I never wear expensive jewelry and love costume pieces but the material of this one really seems nicer than most of my other thing. The only bad thing about it (which is why I have it 4 stars and not 5) is that it is not adjustable or available in different sizes. Of course, I knew that before I ordered it so thats ok.The ring is thick metal, the band isnt bendable or anything. The design is easy to see and the overall piece is great. The size is a definite size 10. I wear and 8-9 and this is just a bit big. With one of those platic things to make rings fit tighter, it will be perfect. Or I will just wear it on my index finger.Lvoe it!! Off to order another one in a different design.

Works out well for the costume and looks like a ring of that era. Many compliments received. Only other commentwould be to make it available in at least 3 sizes.

This ring is awesome. The quality of the ring is top notch and it has an antique collected feel to it. I also bought the two other Jack Sparrow rings in their collection and both are awesome as well. Can not wait to show off my bling on pirate night!

I was a little worried it wasn't going to fit, but it did, not too loose or too tightI placed it on my left hand, ring finger; its a size 7.5-8Its a very good looking ring~
