These changed my life. Seriously. What a time to be alive. I was so thankful and I experienced MUCH less pain than everyone told me I would feel after the surgery. Given today's healthcare for women and people who can become pregnant, all people with a penis should get a vasectomy if they are no longer wanting children. Do not leave it to chance or the responsibility of people who have a uterus. Our healthcare system makes it unfair, and this product makes it easier to get the snip. Honestly, I was uncomfortable and sore to the touch for a few days. No big deal, especially because of this product, and espeically for what it costs other folx. The quality was great, I really had an easy time wearing it and the ice packs didn't slip or leak. The material was nice and high quality. It helped me to move asily as the fabric was of perfect thickness.

I had a vasectomy recently and didn't feel like using an ice pack on my groin for many hours. This did the trick and was very comfortable. I really liked how soft the undergarment felt as well. And, it seemed to support my body perfectly. The ice packs are easy to remove/replace also. Highly recommend for those of you considering the procedure! After a day or two, I didn't need to wear this anymore, but it did the job I was asking for.

I bought these and the jockstrap version because I wasn't sure sure which I'd like better, and ive never worn a jock, but i liked the jock version better. I wear boxer briefs daily so thought I'd like this version of Undeez better, but the boxer brief version has a horizontal seam right across the area that you just had stitched and made it uncomfortable, so the jock version worked better for me. Sizing worked ok, I bought a medium as I'm ~32in waist and they fit great, more snug than regular boxer briefs (which you want), great ice pack pocket positioning. The 2 ice packs was great, but I was glad to have a total of 4 (since 2 also came with the Undeez jock version i also bought). I spent the weekend trying to stay as horizontal a spossible or legs raised (Dr recommendation) and iced basically 30mins on 30 off, rotating through 4 ice packs for the first 2 days and kept from any serious swelling/bruising, and was good to go after. I did keep wearing the jock version for the rest of the week for extra support just without the icepacks. The ice packs don't last real long, but also is useful that stay slightly flexible/moldable, you can sort of cup them into position. These 100% helped ensure a quick recovery, and saved from having to rotate through crushed ice in a baggie or struggling with correct placement with a bag of frozen corn/peas. Do it, consider a couple extra ice packs.

I’m gonna leave a 5 star because it is the best thing I could find on the market to help me after having a vasectomy. However I think there needs to be improvement on where the ice pack or ice packs should go. Having a big pouch in front is great and all, but it freezer my Johnson more than my balls. I had to a-range my self in a somewhat uncomfortable way to ice only my balls. I think u should re-design a pocket or pockets for the ice packs to go to avoid the main package as much as possible. Maybe even change the shape of the ice pack. I saw a few reviews of people saying the ice packs break easily. That is not true at all. They are very good ice packs if u use common sense with them I see them lasting a long time. In the end having this product to help ice after surgery is better than any other alternatives I tried. Great option

These worked okay for me. I found the Nutsickle ice packs to be the best part of it. However, the underwear itself wasn't anything exceptional except for the pocket. It didn't provide enough support for me. And the cost is quite high for what it is. I've found a regular jock strap to be much better for support. If I were to buy again, I'd consider the Undeez jock strap version or use a regular jock strap with some ice packs.

Leider nicht zufrieden. Die Hoden werden nicht gut gestützt, was wichtig ist. Die kühlpacks sind sehr scharfkantig und stören total, für mich so eigentlich nicht zu gebrauchen. Dazu noch sehr teuer.

Bought these for a planned vasectomy that didn't happen. They have been amazing during this heatwave though. My balls have been nice and chilled.

Definitely helped and the underwear is very comfortable still wear it and the ice pack are now reused for other injuries.

For those who go to sauna and dont want a drop in testoerone this is perfect

Hubby was greatful for these after his op, after we were in hysterics finding these and what the cool packs are called at 1st. Bit on the expensive side, well made tho and no wet patches from using packs, decent quality material and the thickness of the pocket layer helps with no wet patches, comfy once sorted to where you need them to sit and don't move or lose shape once you do.
