I purchased this a long time ago and forgot about it because it was accidental shipped to a friends house. I have been using it and I think it's working. Energy levels are up and appetite has been down. Ordering another bottle will update.

I took two of the tablets before my first meal yesterday. Not sure if this can’t be mixed with a multi-vitamin, but I haven’t slept more than a few hours at a time and I have had diarrhea. I went to check the return policy and it says I can’t return the product. That’s my fault for not realizing that wasn’t an option. But be weary if you take any other form of vitamin. Could just be me and my body though. Not upset because you don’t know until you try something. But I should be able to at least get a refund or exchange option.

It gave me a little more energy, but nothing to speak of in the appetite control department. Don't need to spend so much money on another bottle.. UPDATE: It works better when combined with some apple cider gummies that I have. My appetite and especially my sugar cravings are gone! So, I may get it again
