Works well but be careful to not use too much, I did and it got really dark.

It gives a good orange tint to cheese
I used this in an attempt to get the cheese to come out red (special order for Halloween) but no matter how I tried, it came out orange, no red tint at all. I don't use cheese dye in my cheesemaking, but - special order & all, gave it a shot. If you're looking to make a red cheese, this will not work no matter how much you add.

Does it'job.
I made cheddar cheese for the 2nd time and used this coloring. I had no problems with it. My cheese is the same color as what is on the grocery store. I'm happy with it and would buy it again. I make 5 pounds of cheddar cheese once a month now. This will last me a long time.
