Disappointed by the Decline in Quality and Customer Service
I’ve owned three Artis Mini Palm brushes. The first two, purchased at least 6–7 years ago, are still in great condition. Unfortunately, the one I bought in 2024 started coming apart after about a year, and repeated attempts to glue it back together haven’t worked. I also emailed Artis for help but never received a response. I still love the brush itself, but the decline in quality and lack of customer service make me hesitant to buy another one.
