I plan to use to seal a basement concrete floor. Can ceramic tile be installed after the floor is sealed? How long do I have to wait?

Hi Don.  Our product is mainly designed to keep water from penetrating through the treated surface and allows vapor transmission or "breathability" through the other side so I'm not sure if this product would be ideal for waterproofing a basement floor.  I would think an acrylic product might work better for your purposes.  You could also check with that product manufacturer to see how well tile will stick to it.

Question 2

If used on a garden bed will it excrete chemicals into the plants?

What you would need to do is spray the product and then wait 24 to 48 hours for it to fully dry.  I would then rinse the surface with a water hose or allow it to sit for an extra few day before introducing soil and plants.  This product contains a surfactant (detergent) that makes the silicones water soluble so, once sprayed onto the surface, the surfactant will begin to leach out and additional rinsing will speed up that process. Can I put this on my new garage floor, sidewalks and the bottom part of my house which is concrete?

This product is specifically designed for exterior concrete & masonry as well as Stone and stucco. It would work perfect for your sidewalk and around the foundation of your home but I probably would not recommend it for your garage just because it mainly offers water repellency and very little oil and chemical protection. You might want to use a actual film-forming sealer for that unless you're only worried about water intrusion in which case this would work fine.

Can I use this on top of an acrylic art piece I've done for a local park?

i do not think so it is used on porous brick or masonry. You need a paint sealer
