don't leave them out dogs love to chew them lol
it works very well. Make sure you order the right size. I wear a 13 shoe and the large fit me perfect but so far they are the best.

Great pain support, bit uncomfortable for long wear
I had to buy these because another bunion protector I purchased did little to nothing. This one pleasantly surprised me. It has more than enough padding to lessen my pain (doctor told me I have a less severe bunion). As a fair warning though the padding between the toes is very thick so it can be uncomfortable in some shoes or for long term wear. I only wear them inside the house and I feel the pain reduction is 100% worth the slight uncomfortability. For reference I wear a women’s size 6 and ordered a Small as I wanted more pressure on the bunion

really help
These are very thin, so they fit nicely with my shoes and under my socks. My first impression was that they made my feet hurt and after about an hour, I had to remove. The next day, same thing, but after the first hour, they got more comfortable. I like that I can wear them in my shoes.

Ok product
Been using them for months. They are just ok. My joint still hurts but it’s got a decent pad on the side. I think I was expecting more

Fails at many levels
I bought this to wear to bed, to protect my 2nd toe from being pressed on by my big toe, which has started crowding it. Gel toe separators get caught on the sheet and lighter, foam things come off during the night, so this seemed like just the thing, and it worked as far as that goes. Here are the problems. 1. The sewn-in pad has a seam right where it touches my second toe. I can see why they made it that way, but it having that hard seam right there irritates the toe it's meant to protect. 2. The gel thing inside appears to be one of those hourglass-shaped toe separators, except that they've inserted it 90 degrees from the way it should be. So it puts a convex surface against the 2nd toe, pressing that hard seam against one little point. 3. They're too small. I wear a women's size 9 (a pretty ordinary size) and my feet are kind of boney, not fleshy or swollen. These felt OK when I put them on, but within a couple of hours they were way too tight. I had to take them off. I'm going to see if I can make some modifications and make them work. But for now, I am very disappointed.

Mediocre at best, very painful at worst
Right out of the box I knew these weren't going to be very helpful. The way the gel insert between the toes is positioned, it manages to press uncomfortably against the 2nd toe without actually helping to align the big toe. The seam is placed between the two toes being separated, which feels fine at first, unless you walk around in it and the sleeve slides in such a way that the seam digs into your toes. I didn't even walk around that much on the day I tried to wear this in my shoes, but after a few hours I was desperate to take it off. Maybe it'd be possible to use it for sleep without pain from the weird pressure points, but since it doesn't actually separate my toes properly, it wouldn't provide any benefit. I don't mind if bunion spacer/corrector items cause a bit of discomfort, as long as my toe is ACTUALLY being placed into a better alignment & the discomfort is because the muscles and tendons are adjusting to movement they aren't used to. But this sleeve didn't help with alignment OR provide any relief. The only thing that's OK about them is the gel insert on the side of the foot. It did seem to protect the bunion from the inside of the shoe without adding additional pressure. But it's not really of an improvement over regular bunion cushion pads.
