Hornady Lock N Load Die Bushings and Conversion Kit

The lock-n-load system by Hornady is a great way to reload. Once installed the dies can be quickly inserted or removed. This works great if you have a set load. Once dialed insertion only requires a quick quarter turn. A couple of things negatives would be that your dies do not fit back into the box once set up with the bushings. Not a problem if you only have a couple of sets but not great if you load a lot of different rounds. The price is also a little high but the quality is good so... All in all an excellent product.

I just began reloading, finally, at age 51, and it took me all of two die changes to realize I needed these for my single-staged press. Install is mostly effortless and they save you so much time over screwing in and unscrewing dies repeatedly. I can not recommend these highly enough for single-staged press re-loaders. The quality is A-OK. Fit and finish on the top peg. They are very light. They are packaged wonderfully (by this I mean you don't have to spend an hour prying a plastic clamshell case open, it's a tab opened package). There's nothing I can complain about here, folks. And for what you get? I would have paid 50 bucks for it, honestly. They're ridiculously cheap. Just buy them if you're gonna be reloading with a single-staged press.

Most reasonable place to buy these, they're made by Hornady, just cost less!

These bushings work fantastic for reloading. I have RCBS gear and I put the main mount into the press, and I use all these bushings for my dies. So it's just a quick change. It's a neat system. Good price, highly recommended.

You need these for every die you use in your lock n load press. These were at a decent price. You can find some cheaper, and many more expensive. Shop around.

They are pretty pricey for what you get, but they do the job.

These bushings aren't cheap, it's a $50 hit to equip my press for each caliber I plan on reloading. 5 calibers will set me back $300 (tax) Still, the savings in time, fewer errors, wasted powder and primers should make up for the cost of the bushings over the next few years. Ideally a guy could own a single press with a bin of these bushings and he's GTG for a couple decades. Still, there are things I prefer about my Lee 1000 over my LocknLoad and further things I prefer about my Lee 4000 over all my other presses so I guess the moral is no single press is ideal for me (and yes, I have owned multiple Dillons as well)

Hatte dieses Produkt schon, benötigte aber mehr Adapter dieser Art !!! Übrigens, das ist eine super Lösung für den Wiederlader, der verschiedene Kaliber lädt !

I have been using these bushings for about 6 months now, I reload at least 100 rounds a week of different calibers. It is quick and easy to change dies without having to make adjustments. I will be purchasing these again once they are available.

Passt genau auf meine RCBS Presse. Sehr schneller Matrizen Wechsel.
