Microsoft Power BI For Dummies

I'm a Data Analyst and this was part of my collection including MS books on DAX and Python. Easy to understand. Go for it!

This book is truly fantastic. It’s written in a way that you can understand and provides real insight and examples that are useful. Even touches on the complex functions too.

This is helping rebuild my career. Really happy with the book. It's straightforward and full of great examples. Worth its weight in gold.

Usual reference book for going into a new area work wise and did the job

Personally ive not got much from this book, i know others have stated the text is light not bold. Lengthy does not deal with easy examples certainly my opinion anyway. I was hoping to pick it up and be more confident with building some visualisations. It could be much better in my view

I should have read the reviews, this is pretty bad. The for dummies series use to be quite good and I expected the same but this isn't good. I bought this book as a complete novice hoping to learn but the way this book explains things assume you already know it and steps aren't clear or missing. Very dissapointed and advise to any buyer to find another one other than this.

Print is very feint almost illegable

Sorry, but this book is not up to the usual dummies standard. First few chapters are a grind with licensing being mentioned umpteen times. Had expected more hands on examples. Looks like I will be in the market for a different book or as someone suggested, online tutorials.

Las imágenes dentro del libro están muy mal incorporadas al libro. Solamente como ejemplo, las páginas 41 y 42 . Es una falta de seriedad poner unas figuras donde no se puede leer absolutamente nada. Solamente menciono estas páginas como ejemplo. Pero hay muchas páginas con el mismo problema.

Il libro spiega in maniera maniera molto molto semplice ma comunque approfondita la Power FBI ed è utilissimo per chi inizia ma anche per chi vuole approfondire alcuni aspetti

Excellent pour les débutants comme moi. Préférable de le lire en ayant déjà un projet à faire. Cela facilite la compréhension par un exemple.
