We got a good payment plan at 0% financing and a small tax rebate. At the time, it seemed like a perfect deal. However, since we have owned this unit, we've had more annual service calls for adjustments, replacements, and repairs than our older unit ever required. Most often, the burner misfired, leaving a "burner err" message on the digital readout. Sometimes the reset button works, and sometimes it doesn't. If this is the top of the line, I cannot imagine what a poorer furnace would be like. This is a highly overrated product, to say the least. Save your pennies! A previous review stated they were having burner errors which tells me it's not the boiler rather the burner. I've been running a riello 40 oil burner with a tiger loop fuel pump. With regular maintenance and proper fuels my HVAC technicians ill get 20+ years out of it will little to no problems.

Great boiler
