Aleia's Panko and Italian breadcrumbs are the best gf of all the gf options. My family is not gf and they use these because they taste great and retain crispness in the oven, toaster oven and air fryer when I cook with them. They are also great in meatballs.

Highly suggest! Stuck nicely to my chicken after dredging it in GF flour and egg. Cooking it was lovely too. Pan fried in a little olive oil and came out just like the non GF ones I made. 10/10.

This “orange logo” variety of Aleia’s crumbs is the largest and most crunchy offered. They work well in frying Petrale Soul. Delicious. Sprinkle with Old Bay.

The texture is pretty good, I use it to make GF Katsu. I bake them instead of fry. I add garlic powder, salt & pepper to the panko for more flavor. Spray both sides with avo oil and make some good katsu strips. Yum! Just cause you have Celiac doesn't mean you can't have katsu! I also use it to make Italian meatballs :-)

Love these bread crumbs. The only ones I have found before had crumbs that were too big. I like these because they cover better, taste better and stick better. They have a nice crunchy texture as well.

Received item, however never got to try them as Amazon packaged the thin plastic container in a brown paper type bag, which the item was received damaged and contaminated (unusable). Obviously the item inside the thin bag was crushed. A shipping box should have been used with packing material for this delicate item. Could not find another forum to post this issue on Amazon.

We mix with equal parts of gluten-free medium cornmeal, pinch of salt, equal gluten-free oatmeal, equal gluten-free breadcrumbs, and a half teaspoon of cornstarch and use as a coating for frying Walleye and it works fabulous. Did I say we use a pinch of sugar. We drudge it in egg batter before coating in our mixture. It Is Very Good!
