Since taking this creatine I’ve noticed a reduction in DOMS and muscle fatigue after exercising and better recovery post work-outs. These capsules are quite large so bear that in mind if you struggle to swallow big pills, and you need to take 4 to get the full 3000mg dose. Ideal if you struggle with the bitter taste and gritty texture of taking creatine powder.

My 1st pouch, noticing muscle growth within the 1st month. But unfortunately the 2nd pouch had an extremely strong sour smell, so bad that I had to bin it, which was such a shame and it's kind of put me off buying another, I'll put it down to it being a bad batch, I messaged the company but no reply yet.

Easy to swallow and avoids mixing powder. Bottle lasts a while. Capsules are large, so not for everyone, but very convenient.

Brilliant for the price! I struggle to swallow large pills so prefer capsules! I definitely benefit from them for recovery! (They also seem to work well for a hang over! Lol)
