What the warranty on this?

It varies. You get the basic warranty, (which I think is 90 days - not sure about this) for free, but you can purchase additional warranty coverage for 1, 2, or 3 years when you purchase this product.

How long is the cable that attaches to the laptop? It's so annoying that they come with non-replaceable cables and I need it long :-(

I just bought this docking station and set it up. it has one hdmi plug! how can i hook up my other monitor without having to plug it into my laptop?

You can attach one monitor to the other monitor, then attach that to the hub. It works just fine and leaves more ports open.

Is this compatible with a Dell 7420 Latitude laptop?

yes, it will work with any device that uses USB c charging. (no mac's).
