What fruits and vegetables is this paring knife suitable for?

I use these tools to peel potatoes, cucumbers ect. I like the design and weight, also they are sharp.

What material is this peeler?

This peeler uses The top high-quality rust-free carbon steel metal blade which better than stainless steel, and the zinc alloy body guaranteed non-rust, durable and anti-corrosion, dishwasher safe and easy to store.

Is peeler stainless steel?

The cutting blade looks like stainless steel. The rest of the metal part looks like a chrome finish. They both work well in the hand and it is easy to cut apple skins.

It works well. Its our second one. The first lasted quite a few years.
