Best Pan Ever
This is the best pan I have ever owned. It is light weight, yet not flimsy. The design of the handle makes it ergonomically comfortable to lift. The eggs fry up perfectly, and slide out onto a dish effortlessly and perfectly. Remember not to use cooking sprays on this pan, as instructed in the directions. I am shocked that such a great pan is at such a great price point.

Light weight and easy to clean!
I love it! It’s the perfect pan for a two - egg omelette! Its light weight is nice for my wrists with degenerative arthritis, and so easy to clean! I’m going back for a bigger one.

Great pan, will buy again
Great pan, good value for money! The non-stick works perfectly, and lasts a few years of regular use. This was my second one of these pans - the first lasted a solid 2 years of daily use before the surface started scratching, which is better than a lot of non-stick pans. It cooks evenly, good weight and easy to handle, and looks nice.

Nice pan could be better on the handle will update with more uses
So far so good I would prefer if the handles were more closed off to avoid any heat transfer from the open gas burner. I like this more than the blue diamond pan I just returned because this has a small enclosure at the handle vs opened like the blue diamond one which allows gas burner flames to heat the handles. This green pan bottom half does get warm near the connection point, but much cooler on the tip of the handle. My image shows left is the green pan this pan and the one on the right blue diamond which is being returned (this one was 10”, already returned the 8”) if you have an electric cooktop might not apply and handles might stay cool regardless of the brand you buy. Over easy eggs slide right off I still use a small bit of oil. I’ve used stainless steel but decided to put those away since it was past the return window and I like them enough to keep them as emergency backup but stainless steel is a bit high maintenance with preheating the pan and setting it to the correct temperature and recommend food almost near room temperature before cooking it on the pan and that’s way too long to wait to cook and half the time my eggs sticks other half slides off so stainless is very finicky. This is a bit less stress quicker to work with.

Great coating, lasts pretty darn well
I’ve bought several of these over the years. They have fantastic non-stick properties, and they tend to last longer than other non-stick pans (none of them last all that long). When one of mine starts to lose its non-stickiness, I just go and order another one, without even thinking about it. Sometimes it’s priced the same as the next step down model, which makes it a steal.

Healthy Non-Stick
Love all the GreenPans I own. Not as non-stick as non-stick but hey, you won't get cancer! Win!

Sharp ... but not in a good way (see update)
Original Review 3-Stars: "You get what you pay for. This pan was cheap so it wouldn't be right to give it less than 3 stars. For the "pros", the cooking surface is flawless and appears to be as advertised. The weight is light, which might be important to some buyers. For the "cons", there are sharp edges--more edges than expected and sharper than expected. The rim of the pan flares out to an unusually sharp edge. The handle is full of sharp-edged sections This is where the cost-cutting must have come in. Less refinement = less cost to build. They're not literally razor sharp but they are uncomfortable and noticeable because most cookware is not like this. You have to be careful when cleaning it. The seller dida great job of hiding these defects in the listing, which led to my surprise and overall disappointment. I would not buy again or recommend it to anyone. Buyer beware." Updated Review 1-Star: "After only one year of use, the surface is no longer non-stick. When I first reviewed this pan, I thought that the one "good" thing was the surface. I treated that surface with great care, never using metal utensils, always using silicone or wood utensils, always cleaning with soft sponges or reusable paper towels, and rarely if ever exceeding medium heat over a gas burner. It is no longer non-stick. See pic. That picture is of eggs cooked on a setting between simmer and medium. Absolute joke. That sticky mess was a mess to clean up, too, meaning it really has lost its non-stick feature. I would not recommend this pan to anyone under any circumstances. FYI, I have a Ballarini non-stick pan, same size, and nothing like this happens to that one."

Love this pan and believe it will last longer than most
All non-stick pans, eventually, will break down or start getting scuffed up by 3 to 4 years of daily use with metal utensils (I know, I know, should use plastic or wood, but don't like those). I had mostly bought the cheap ones (Walmart) and just replaced when starting to lose the non-stick. Finally bought a large ceramic frying pan years ago and loved it, but is showing some scratches that is not effecting the non-stick. Was wanting a smaller sauté pan that the company I bought the larger one in doesn't make. I bought this and have to say the quality feels really great (better than larger one). Everything slides right off and easy to clean. If I remember in 5+ years, will report back how well it's holding up.
